The client agrees to indemnify Adeel Ahmed against claims arising from unauthorized use of materials supplied by the client, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Adeel Ahmed may display completed client work as part of a professional portfolio or case study.
This may include:
- Website screenshots
- Project descriptions
- Publicly available website URLs
- General descriptions of the services provided
Confidential information, private credentials, or information that the client has specifically requested to remain confidential will not be intentionally disclosed.
Clients may request that a particular project not be publicly displayed, preferably before or during the project.
